An Lanntair hosts a special International Year of the Salmon event organised by the Outer Hebrides Fisheries Trust, supported by Look Tackle and the fisheries of the Outer Hebrides.

The evening will include an exclusive UK screening of The Salmon Story, a passionate yet scientific look at issues facing the Atlantic Salmon from Norwegian government scientists who have studied the impacts of Aquaculture. The film will be followed by a Q&A session.

There will also be presentations by the Trust Biologist and Chair on the state of salmon, an auction of exclusive fishing from the island estates, and a raffle with prizes including a Loop fly rod.
